Summerland Kempinski Hotel

The Summerland Kempinski project involved the complete demolition of the former Summerland resort and the execution of one of Beirut's most technically demanding excavation campaigns, preparing the coastal site for the development of the Kempinski Hotel. Works included deep excavation, shoring, dewatering, and piling operations in challenging ground conditions at the water's edge. This project exemplifies Hani Mourad's specialist expertise in complex belowgrade construction, a discipline requiring both deep engineering knowledge and precise site management.
