One Oak

Following the August 2020 Beirut port explosion, One Oak was a residential rehabilitation project carried out to restore and overhaul a high-floor apartment in Downtown Beirut. Ceilings, finishes, joinery, and material selections were redesigned and fully executed throughout the residence. A decoration concept was also developed alongside the rehabilitation, with detailed renders envisioning each space furnished and styled with a refined palette of marble, timber, and glass. The rehabilitation works were completed and delivered; the decorative renders represent a proposed design vision for the interiors.
