Le Gray Hotel is one of Downtown Beirut's most prestigious addresses, an urban landmark that redefined the city's hospitality landscape. Along with influential architect Kevin Dash, Hani Mourad served as Project Director overseeing full construction management for this landmark hotel, coordinating across structural works, MEP systems, and high-end interior finishing to deliver a hospitality experience of the highest standard. The project demanded meticulous precision in both engineering and aesthetic execution, befitting a property of this caliber in the heart of Beirut's Central District.
