Al Yafi & Al Arab Tower

Excavation and reinforced concrete works for the Al Yafi and Al Arab residential towers in Sioufi, Achrafieh, one of Beirut's most densely built and sought-after neighborhoods. The project involved complex below-grade excavation with shoring and piling operations on a constrained urban site, requiring precise engineering coordination to ensure the safety and stability of surrounding structures while advancing the foundation works for two prominent residential towers.
